How do I get started?
Choose any Join Waitlist button on the site, submit the form, and we'll email you when the next onboarding cohort opens. You'll receive the desktop installer (Windows or macOS) with setup instructions in that email.
Where do I find my license key?
Your unique license key is included in the purchase confirmation email along with the download link. Keep this email safe.
How do I activate the software?
Launch the desktop application and enter your license key when prompted.
What if I lose my license email?
No problem! Contact our support team at support@churnvision.tech with your purchase details, and we'll gladly resend your license and download link.
Can I use my license on multiple computers?
Licenses are typically for a single user on one primary device. For team or multi-device licensing, please contact sales.
What changed from the previous onboarding flow?
We now operate through a priority waitlist while billing is finalized. You'll get hands-on access before any charges, and we'll confirm pricing with you ahead of activation.
