- Data Minimization: We collect only what is necessary to deliver the service and support.
- User Control: Customers maintain control over data input, storage, and deletion policies.
3. Information We May Process
We never have access to data in your ChurnVision installation. Business contact, licensing, and support communications are separate from the employee data you process on-premise.
a. Product Data
- All customer deployments run on-premise. Your organization controls storage, processing, and access.
- User and company data, including employee datasets, analysis, and model outputs, remain on your infrastructure. They are never transferred to ChurnVision, and we have no access to them.

When you contact us for support or submit a crash report (optional), we may receive:

- Technical issue descriptions without employee records or other customer data
4. How We Use Information
We only process minimal technical or licensing data to:
- Validate software licenses
- Respond to support requests
- Maintain legal compliance
We do not:
- Track you or your users
- Access your device content
- Use data for advertising or profiling
5. Legal Basis for Processing (GDPR)
Where applicable, our processing relies on the following legal grounds:

- Consent: When you voluntarily share logs or support information
- Legal obligation: Where required by licensing laws or tax regulations
6. Data Retention
Your organization controls retention and deletion of user and company data within your on-premise installation.
Data you submit for support (if any) is retained only as long as necessary to resolve your issue and is securely deleted afterward.
7. Data Security
We implement the following security measures:
- Encryption at rest for local data processing
- Customer-managed access permissions and audit records
- On-premise processing for every customer
- Digitally signed application bundles and secure packaging
If encryption or passwords are used, it is the user's responsibility to safeguard them.
